Bee operates a multi-sided platform that connects customers, Bee-employed drivers, and participating merchants to deliver mobility, courier, and other on-demand services. This document combines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service so you can review how we handle personal information and the rules that govern your use of the Bee consumer app, driver app, merchant tools, and related services in one place. By creating an account, accessing, or using Bee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the entire policy and terms set out below, alongside any supplemental employment or partner agreements you have with Bee.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Bee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Bee. Supplemental terms may apply to specific services or promotions and will be disclosed to you before you participate.

Bee provides a platform that enables customers to shop from merchants, order meals, request rides, arrange courier deliveries, and access other on-demand services fulfilled by Bee-employed drivers and participating merchants. We employ and manage the driver workforce that powers mobility and delivery through the Bee driver app, while merchants handle product listings, menus, and order fulfillment through the merchant tools. Service availability may vary by location, capacity, and time.

User Conduct

You agree to use Bee responsibly and will not:

  1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  2. Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  3. Engage in behavior that endangers others, including harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
  4. Interfere with platform integrity, including attempting to access systems without authorization, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code.
  5. Circumvent payment processes or engage in fare manipulation.

We may investigate and take action against violations, including suspension, termination, or referral to authorities.

User Content and Feedback

Third-Party Services

Bee may link to or integrate third-party services (such as mapping, messaging, or payment providers). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Bee is not responsible for third-party services and your interactions with them are at your own risk. If you are a merchant partner, additional third-party integrations (such as inventory, menu, or order management tools) may be made available under separate partner terms.

Intellectual Property

Bee and its licensors hold all rights, title, and interest in the app, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, except where expressly stated. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bee for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that Bee will meet your requirements or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bee and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of Bee, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Bee will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Bee in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) USD 100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of Bee, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or created risk for Bee or other users.

You may delete your account at any time through the Bee app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Account Security → Delete Account, then following the confirmation prompts.

Permanent Data Deletion: When you close or delete your account, all of your personal data, transaction history, payment information, location data, communications, and any other information associated with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This deletion is irreversible. Please ensure you have saved any information you wish to keep before proceeding with account deletion.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bee is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal negotiations; if unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law grants you mandatory consumer protections or dispute resolution rights.
