Introduction
Bee operates a multi-sided platform that connects customers, Bee-employed drivers, and participating merchants to deliver mobility, courier, and other on-demand services. This document combines our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service so you can review how we handle personal information and the rules that govern your use of the Bee consumer app, driver app, merchant tools, and related services in one place. By creating an account, accessing, or using Bee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the entire policy and terms set out below, alongside any supplemental employment or partner agreements you have with Bee.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you interact with Bee:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, profile photo, language preferences, and other details you provide when registering or updating your profile.
- Identity and Verification Data: Government-issued identification or other verification documents when required to confirm your eligibility for specific services.
- Location Information: Precise geolocation from your device (including background location, when enabled) to support ride, courier, and delivery features.
- Transaction and Order Details: Pick-up and drop-off locations, service history, vehicle preferences, payment method tokens, receipts, and feedback.
- Communications: Messages sent through in-app chat, support requests, call metadata, and other communications with Bee or service providers.
- Device and Usage Information: Device identifiers, operating system, app version, log files, IP address, performance analytics, and interaction data that help us understand how Bee is used.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: Data collected through cookies, SDKs, and tracking tools when you interact with Bee, our websites, or marketing content.
How We Use Information
We process personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Bee app, including enabling real-time location matching and service fulfillment.
- Facilitate requests, bookings, dispatch, delivery, and payments between users and service partners.
- Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and resolve disputes.
- Verify identity, maintain safety and trust, detect fraud, and enforce our policies.
- Personalize content, notifications, and promotional messages in line with your preferences and applicable law.
- Analyze usage trends, monitor performance, and develop new features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Sharing and Disclosure
We share personal information in the following circumstances:
- With Service Partners: Bee-employed drivers, merchant partners, and other parties necessary to provide the services you request receive relevant details such as name, contact information, route or order data, and delivery instructions.
- With Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, cloud infrastructure (including Firebase), and other vendors that help us operate Bee under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- With Your Consent: When you direct us to share information or opt in to specific integrations.
- For Legal and Safety Reasons: To law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality commitments.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We may share aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize the data in accordance with our policies.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or update your information via the app or by contacting support.
- Delete your account and associated personal information: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data through the following path in the Bee app:
- Open the Bee app and navigate to the "Profile" tab
- Tap on "Account Settings"
- Scroll down to the "Account Security" section
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your deletion request
IMPORTANT WARNING: Once you delete your account, ALL of your personal information and data will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. This includes but is not limited to:
- Your account profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- All transaction history and order records
- Payment methods and payment history
- Location history and saved addresses
- Communication records and support tickets
- Ratings, reviews, and feedback you have submitted
- Preferences and settings
Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you will not be able to recover any data or restore your account. Deletion requests are subject to legal or contractual limitations, including requirements to retain certain information for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including withdrawal of consent for marketing communications.
- Manage location sharing through your device settings. Disabling precise location may limit core Bee functionality.
- Opt out of push notifications or promotional emails by adjusting app or device preferences.
We respond to verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law. We may request additional information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
International Data Transfers
Bee may process and store information on servers located outside your home country. When we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted by applicable privacy laws.
Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and secure development practices. No system is fully secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords, enable device security features, and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted through in-app notices or email. Continued use of Bee after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Bee, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Bee. Supplemental terms may apply to specific services or promotions and will be disclosed to you before you participate.
Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account, unless a parent or guardian consents as permitted by local law.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- We reserve the right to decline or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met or if policy violations occur.
- Drivers employed by Bee and merchant partners must also satisfy the onboarding, compliance, and performance criteria described in their respective employment or partnership agreements.
Account Security and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- Notify Bee immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Bee is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials unless we are at fault.
- You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our consent.
Services Offered
Bee provides a platform that enables customers to shop from merchants, order meals, request rides, arrange courier deliveries, and access other on-demand services fulfilled by Bee-employed drivers and participating merchants. We employ and manage the driver workforce that powers mobility and delivery through the Bee driver app, while merchants handle product listings, menus, and order fulfillment through the merchant tools. Service availability may vary by location, capacity, and time.
Booking and Transactions
- You may request services through the app and will receive an estimated price or fare. Estimates may change based on real-time factors such as distance, traffic, wait time, or partner pricing.
- You are responsible for reviewing and confirming booking details before submission.
- Certain bookings may require verification or pre-authorization; if a request cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly.
Payments and Fees
- Payment processing is handled through trusted third-party providers. By completing a booking, you authorize Bee and its payment partners to charge the payment method on file for applicable fees, taxes, tolls, tips, or surcharges.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in specific service terms.
- We may issue promotional credits or discounts subject to additional conditions; these may expire or be revoked if misused.
User Conduct
You agree to use Bee responsibly and will not:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Engage in behavior that endangers others, including harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct.
- Interfere with platform integrity, including attempting to access systems without authorization, reverse engineering, or introducing malicious code.
- Circumvent payment processes or engage in fare manipulation.
We may investigate and take action against violations, including suspension, termination, or referral to authorities.
User Content and Feedback
- You may provide ratings, reviews, or other content. You retain ownership of your submissions but grant Bee a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with Bee.
- You are responsible for ensuring content is lawful, respectful, and does not infringe third-party rights.
- We may monitor, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms.
Third-Party Services
Bee may link to or integrate third-party services (such as mapping, messaging, or payment providers). These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Bee is not responsible for third-party services and your interactions with them are at your own risk. If you are a merchant partner, additional third-party integrations (such as inventory, menu, or order management tools) may be made available under separate partner terms.
Intellectual Property
Bee and its licensors hold all rights, title, and interest in the app, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, except where expressly stated. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bee for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Bee is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that Bee will meet your requirements or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bee and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of Bee, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or Bee will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Bee in the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of Bee, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or created risk for Bee or other users.
You may delete your account at any time through the Bee app by navigating to Profile → Account Settings → Account Security → Delete Account, then following the confirmation prompts.
Permanent Data Deletion: When you close or delete your account, all of your personal data, transaction history, payment information, location data, communications, and any other information associated with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This deletion is irreversible. Please ensure you have saved any information you wish to keep before proceeding with account deletion.
Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bee is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be addressed through informal negotiations; if unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law grants you mandatory consumer protections or dispute resolution rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms in the app and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via in-app notices or email. Continued use of Bee after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
